We had been donated an Apple Powerbook with a great webcam, but it finally died this morning, and gone to the great bookyard in the sky ! typical.
The donated firewire webcam from last year still works and are now on the hunt for a cheap replacement,
Apple Mac would be best as we have all the required software to run a security webcam and allow us to upload images during the day to the ftp servers ( beyond me !!!)
For the technically minded we will be running Security Spy webcam software with Transmit FTP software and ideally still using the iSight webcam that was kindly donated last year.
